He completed his primary and secondary education in Rize and graduated from Rize High School in 1988-1989 education year. In 1990, he started to study medicine by winning the Faculty of Medicine of KTÜ. Between 1993 and 1997, he was chairman of the medical faculty student association and the Secretary General of the KTÜ Student Association. He was elected president of TÖBAK (Scientific Research Student Branch of Medical Students), which was founded in 1994 within the medical faculty.In 1995, he was elected chairman of the KTÜ BAT (Scientific Research Society) and served as a member of the board of directors of KTÜ KÜFAK (Cultural Activity Branch) for this duty.He graduated from the medical faculty in 1997. In the same year, Erdoğdu was appointed as a general practitioner within the Ministry of Health within the Ministry of Health and 112 Emergency services was assigned in the branch office after working for 1 year.He was appointed as Deputy Chief Physician in Trabzon Numune Hospital in 1999 and continued to this work until 2003. In September of 2002, he won the TUS test and started his specialty training in the main discipline of Kid School of Medicine, Pediatric Surgery in February 2003. He was elected as assistant representative in 2003 and served as a resident representative for 5 years. He completed specialist education on 05.05.2008 and became a specialist in child surgery. The 20th term was appointed as a specialist in Bayburt State Hospital Pediatric Surgery in 2008 as part of the state service obligation. In 2009 Trabzon Birth and Children's Hospital was appointed. He has been working as a Pediatric Surgery Specialist in Trabzon Imperial Hospital since 2011.
