14.10.1970 Born in the province of Niğde in the province of Boru. Primary, secondary and high school education was completed in Niğde.He started his education at Istanbul University Medical Faculty in 1986 and graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in 1992.

In 1992, in Ilgaz Central Health Service started his compulsory service.In 1993, he started to specialize in Chest Diseases of Ankara University Faculty of Medicine and TBC Department.In 1994, he worked in the Department of Ophthalmology of KTÜ School of Medicine for 6 months.

In 1994-1999, he completed his specialty in Radiology Department of KTÜ Medical Faculty and started to work as a radiology specialist in Trabzon Numune Hospital.

He is married and has 3 children.
