Blood Donation Campaign with the Red Crescent

A blood donation campaign was held at our hospital in cooperation with Private Imperial Hospital and the Turkish Red Crescent (Kızılay). Doctors, nurses and hospital staff, as well as patients' relatives, showed great interest in the campaign.

Our Chest Diseases Specialist Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aydın Kant emphasised that blood donation not only saves the lives of thousands of people waiting for blood, but can also benefit the donor's own health. Kant invited everyone who meets the donation criteria to be more sensitive to this issue and thanked the colleagues and patients' relatives who took part in the campaign.
