APPOINTMENTS & RESULTS

At Private Imperial Hospital, you can easily book an appointment online, by phone or by visiting our hospital, and securely access your test results online.

How to Book an Appointment

1. Online Appointment (24/7)

You can reach our appointment system using the Online Appointment button above:

1. Select the department you would like an appointment with.
2. Select your doctor.
3. Choose a suitable day and time from the calendar.
4. Enter your first name, last name, Turkish ID number, phone number, year of birth and email address.
5. Accept the privacy agreement to complete your appointment.

You can cancel your appointment from the Cancel Appointment section of the same system. You can also book directly from the doctor profiles on our Our Doctors page.

2. By Phone

You can book an appointment by calling our call centre on 444 44 61 or our line on (0462) 455 64 64. For urgent appointment requests, you can also use the WhatsApp live support line on the online appointment page.

3. At the Hospital

You can book an appointment by visiting the patient admission desk at our hospital.

4. Video Consultation

You can book a video appointment through our online appointment system. At your appointment time, click the link sent to you to speak with your doctor. A computer with Google Chrome or a mobile phone with iPhone 6 / Android 6 or later is all you need.

Outpatient Clinic Hours

• Weekdays: 08:00 - 17:00
• Saturday: 08:00 - 13:00

Some of our doctors may have different working hours; you can find up-to-date information on their profiles. Our Emergency Department is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Before Your Appointment

• We recommend arriving before your appointment time to complete the patient admission process.
• Please bring your Turkish ID card; international patients should bring their passport.
• If available, bring your previous test results, reports and a list of the medicines you use.

When and How Are Results Provided?

Laboratory Results

Our laboratory operates 24 hours a day. The time needed for results depends on the type of test: routine tests such as blood counts and biochemistry are usually completed on the same day, while microbiological tests such as cultures and some special tests may take several days.

Radiology Results

Imaging requested by your doctor, such as MRI, ultrasound, CT and mammography, is performed on the same day. Your results are uploaded to the system after the images have been evaluated and reported by our radiologists.

Online Results

You can reach our e-result system using the Online Results button above:

1. Enter your first name, last name and Turkish ID number.
2. Enter the SMS code sent to the phone number registered at our hospital.
3. View your laboratory and radiology results by date, doctor and protocol number.

You can also collect your results in person at our hospital. To protect the confidentiality of your personal data, results are only given to the patient or their legal representative on presentation of ID. Please always review your results with the doctor who examined you.
